Details
The Whitianga Lions Club present the Queens Birthday Art Expo! An array of around 300 locally made artworks are included in the Expo which takes place Queen’s Birthday weekend at the Whitianga Town Hall.
On display will be Mosaic, bronze and ceramic sculpture, quilts, pottery, photography, drawings and paintings in a whole range of media (including oil, watercolour, pastel and dyes on silk).
A percentage of all sales will be donated to the Lions Club and towards the development of a purpose-built home for the Whitianga MenzShed.
The expo will be open at the following times-
Friday, 4 May, from 5:30 to 8:30pm (with drinks and nibbles)
Saturday, 5 June from 10:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday, 6 June from 10:00am to 1:00pm
A catalogue with details of the artworks exhibited, including prices will be available.
