Steampunkers Already Looking at Next Year

Steampunk is not everyone’s cup of tea but those who are into it – they go the whole hog. After a successful three days the organisers of Steampunk Thames are already planning for next year.
Gold Rush was the theme, which captured the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the Thames Borough. One of the organisers, Paula Munro, said this did attract the interest of the locals who responded with their costumes and the various vehicles they prepared to display during the weekend.
Now the organisers are already thinking about 2024 – Paula saying ideas were already being put forward for next year.
