Water Treatment Upgrade Number Seven Opens

The seventh of 10 new water treatment projects across the Thames Coromandel was opened today with Onemana residents enjoying the benefits of the latest new supply.
The water upgrade programme started in 2018 with a very pleased District Councillor Terry Walker doing the honours in opening the new plant.
The upgrades were a council initiative and now provide residents with state of the art supply systems. The total project involves a $30 million investment by Thames Coromandel District Council.
