Hauraki Naturally is hosting the 2023 Polar Plunge Skinny Dip to mark the Winter Solstice and raise much needed funds for Gumboot Friday, who provide Free Counselling for young people suffering depression, anxiety, poor self-esteem and other serious mental health issues.
Date: Saturday, June 24
Time: Meet at 11:30 a.m. – the swim will be at 12 noon
Venue: Rays Rest Freedom Camping (South end), Kaiaua Coast.
This is a clothing-optional event. If you’re not brave enough to go naked, then wear togs if you prefer. We just want you there. But if you’ve never skinny-dipped before, then here’s your chance to give it a go!
