The Organized Chaos Engine Performance Troupe in association with the Back Room presents: Full Steam Ahead on the Orient Express.
An original variety entertainment, evoking the exotic destinations from London, Paris, Munich, Zurich, Venice, Vienna, Budapest, Athens to Istanbul through dance, live music, with laughs, surprizes and refreshments included. This is a ‘Steampunk-friendly’ show and will also be enjoyed by anyone who likes live entertainment and perhaps to dress up in some exotic finery themselves (or just come as you are).
This crew had 2 sold-out shows last year at the Steampunk the Thames Festival “The Whistle Stop Weird West Show”. This year’s show will feature more dance items, live songs, some different talented actors and performers. Featuring “Suher” Bellydance soloist and the ‘Orient Express Entertainers’; “Ophelia Payne” Tattooed “Lady”; JemIMA D’IVA, Chanteuse; Alfred the Conductor; plus a lost Hiker, a mysterious Gondolier and “ZORBA” (not to mention a Space Kraken).
