Details
The Matariki Art Exhibition is a joint fundraising event with St Francis Catholic School, Thames and the Bounty Store. There are up to thirty contributing artists, mostly local and all regular exhibiting artists in Bounty, who will give the gallery commission to the school for its fundraising efforts.
Each artist has created a special artwork celebrating Matariki (Maori New Year). The exhibition opens Friday 25th June 5-7pm & runs for three weeks till Saturday 17th July at Bounty.
St Francis Catholic School children’s Matariki Art Exhibition will also be on display at The Vibe, Mary St, Thames (in the container). Thursday the 24th June 2.30pm and runs for two weeks till Wed 7th July.
