Rescue Helicopter still busy during lockdown

The Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust has been still hard at work during level 4 lockdown and this has included regular missions to the Coromandel.
On Wednesday Westpac 2 was tasked to Kuaotunu to assist a female patient in her 30’s suffering an injury from a table saw. She was flown to Waikato Hospital in a serious condition. That incident was at 1:12pm.
Late last evening Westpac 1 was sent to Whitianga to assist a male patient in his 60’s suffering a medical complaint. He was flown to Waikato Hospital in a critical condition.
We have no updates on either of these patients at this stage.
