Vicki from Nourish Magazine will demonstrate a few of the favourite recipes and tales from her travels – from Sicilian chickpea fritters (Panelle) to knocking out gnocchi with tips she picked up from friend and chef Matteo in Barossa. To end award-winning chef Brad King and his kitchen team will serve it for a delicious 3 course lunch. Grab a few friends and join us for this great event in an awesome setting.

– Cooking demo from – Vicki Ravlich Horan from Nourish Magazine and Taste of Tours Including:

Caponata – Panelle – Gnocchi.

Followed by lunch created by The Falls Retreat kitchen team
