Children’s Day – Te rā o ngā Tamariki, provides New Zealanders with an opportunity to celebrate children. It is a day of national awareness, annually recognised on the first Sunday of March. It was introduced by the first Children’s Commissioner in the year 2000. Head along and celebrate the community’s amazing children! This is fun for all the family!
Music, face painting, games and laughter! Everything is free including the activities, the food and the fun!
