Scandinavian Travel Promoter On Board With Coromandel Peninsula

There will be between 5000 and 6000 Scandinavian tourists visit the Coromandel Peninsula this coming summer – one of the people responsible for this is maintaining the number is only going to grow in future years.
Stockholm based Travel Designer, Stefan Ostrom, has spent the past four days of a month long New Zealand visit, on the Coromandel Peninsula.
He described the region as a perfect fit for Scandinavian tourists saying it is exactly what they are looking for.
Stefan visited a number of locations with Destination Hauraki Coromandel – he was impressed by the diverse nature of the tourism product here.
His company, Australienresor, has seen growth in the NZ market of 40 percent and it is continuing to grow.
