Repco Beach Hop is New Zealand’s number 1 Nostalgia Festival that celebrates the best of the 50’s & 60’s – Rock and Roll, Hot Rods, Classic Cars and Motorbikes.
Based in the Coromandel beach resort town of Whangamata, which once a year comes to life to the sound of Rock and Roll music and V8 Engines! Undoubtedly the largest event of its type in New Zealand with crowds expected in their tens of thousands.
The festival hosts a wide range of events for all interests and tastes including the Grand Parade, Classic Car Show, Main Street Car Show, Auto Trade Swap Meet, a Retro Caravan Show, drive-in movies, a Burlesque show, a beauty show, bands, music and much, much more!
If you love classic American cars and Hot Rods this is an event not to be missed and happens during March every year.

Repco Beach Hop 21 Entry to the public is free! Although we would encourage you to purchase a festival programme and make a donation at one of the collection points. The money collected is used to pay for the festival and any profit made is donated.
