Low interest rates mean people have been queuing to view houses around the Coromandel Peninsula.
Kerry from Trinity Network Thames said that they have been busy with interest from out of town and overseas due to the safe environment that Thames/Coromandel has to offer.
“A lot of the buyers that are coming from out of the region, have gone through that and now find they can work remotely, so hence there is no need to stay in the bigger centres, they can shift down here and have a lovely relaxed lifestyle.”
