The Fence That Returned To School

Paeroa’s Christian School had someone come and steal its playground boundary fence.
It was noticed on the first Monday of the current school holidays. The fence was missing for a week – but now it has been returned.
A very relieved principal of the 50-student school, Royce McMurtrie, confirmed the story to CFM today, relating how the return of the fence was prompted by social and mainstream media reports on its demise.
Royce had noticed that a number of fence panels had been removed, he posted that someone obviously needed the fence more than the school.
But, news got around the local community, in fact it spread like wildfire after he advised his school community of the theft.
And now the good part of the story, someone has returned the fence panels, a little worse for wear after their journey.
