Vibe Had To Go Says Business Association

Removing the Thames Create the Vibe will end a highly divisive scenario which has been experienced over the past two years.

The Thames Business Association Chief Executive, Sue Lewis O’Halloran, made a submission to the Thames Community Board this week before the vote was taken to remove the pedestrian precinct.

Sue, when interviewed by CFM, described the Vibe project as being very divisive and a kind of a good news, bad news story.

She said the decision to remove the Create the Vibe would have been difficult, but her organisation wanted to see Mary Street reopened.
