Fight Night on Track

According to the man behind Chaos on the Coromandel, an event planned for Thames later this month, his motivation was that he wanted his community to experience something positive and enjoyable, provided by other locals.

Andrew Connaughton still admits a few nerves, but as time marches to Saturday, September 23, he is comfortable with the programme, the level of sponsorship and ticket sales.

Chaos on the Coromandel is “an event” which includes up to 20 boxing bouts featuring boxing champions, world cup winning rugby players, school teachers and school students.

The venue is the Thames War Memorial Civic Centre. Andrew said tickets were still available while most ringside tables had been taken, he was pleased with the response to date.
